If you choose to pay with check or money order, we recommend sending a prepaid money order to ensure a quicker processing time. All orders paid via personal check or money order will no be shipped until the payment has been received and has cleared.

Free Shipping for orders over $50.00 (UPS Ground Service)
$5 flat rate shipping for orders under $50
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
All orders over $250 or with a different Bill To and Ship To address require a Delivery Signature.
Shipping & Handling costs are determined by the customer's location and order total. Transit times may vary depending on the location of the customer and shipping service.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, and would like to return all or part of your order for an exchange or refund, we will gladly accept your request. The exchange or return must be done within 30 days of the original receipt date and meet the guidelines for particular merchandise listed below:
- Clothing
- All clothing must be unworn, in brand new condition, and original tags must be attached.
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke odor.
- Clothing that has been worn and/or washed are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Skateboards and Hardgoods
- All skateboards and hardgoods must be unused and in brand new condition.
- Once a skateboard deck has been assembled, it or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Skateboard decks are not eligible for return or exchange if broken or contains pressure cracks.
- Returns on skateboards due to a manufacturer's defect include warpage, miss drilled holes, delamination.
- Shoes
- Shoes must be unworn, in brand new condition, and include original undamaged packaging.
- Shoe boxes must not have packaging tape on it - Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes.
- We strongly recommend to try on shoes on carpet to keep shoes in returnable condition.
- DVDs/Videos
- DVDs/Videos must be unopened an in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns, unless your order qualifies as a mis-ship.
We do not issue refunds on shipping for canceled or refused orders after they have already been damaged.
We strongly suggest to ship back merchandise in the box your order was shipped in and return the package using UPS or USPS.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will my credit card be charged?
- After placing an order, please expect your credit card to be charged within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). All orders containing back ordered items will not be charged until item(s) are in stock.
When will my order be shipped?
- All in-stock item(s) will be shipped immediately. Customers will be notified via email if any item(s) on order were backordered. Item(s) on backorder will be shipped 1-2 weeks later. Backorders will be shipped to the customer as soon as the product(s) come in to our warehouse with no additional shipping charge.
Will I be charged sales tax?
- California residents will be charged a sales tax of 8.75% to their order. If you live outside California, you will not be charged sales tax.
If I have a question regarding my order, what do I do?
Can I return or exchange my order at one of your retail locations?
- Unfortunately, orders purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at one of our retail locations. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse address:

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What should I do if my order is missing a product?

If your order is missing an item, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible at (888) 596-3623. We will look into your inquiry by reviewing your order and our inventory. If the item was not shipped, we will gladly ship the original item ordered free of charge.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?

If a product in your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible at (888) 596-3623.

Please explain the defect to to your Customer Service Representative (they will determine whether or not it qualifies as a manufactured defective product).

If your product qualifies, we will replace your product and ship it immediately.
